Everest Trek

If you're looking for the absolute highest camping experience around Nongkhiaw, this is it.

NK Everest is the highest viewpoint in the whole area, hands down. The trail itself is about 6 kilometers long. We usually figure it takes around 4-5 hours to hike to the top, but hey, we take our time and enjoy the journey. Keep an eye out and listen closely – if we're lucky, we might spot some monkeys swinging through the trees or hear their chatter echoing through the mountains near our campsite.

We're talking about an altitude of 1200 meters up there – that's roughly 3937 feet above sea level. From that height, you're practically guaranteed to witness a breathtaking sunset and sunrise. It feels like you're on top of the world! In the morning, you might even see sea clouds rolling in, which is pretty amazing. After that, we'll enjoy a simple breakfast cooked in the local style. Then, we'll slowly start descending back to town, but not before you get the most incredible memories and the unique experience from our Nongkhiaw Everest!
